Welcome to Flitenest. By participating in our pilot program or using our hardware and software services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Flitenest device is provided as part of our pilot program. It is designed to interface safely with PX4 and ArduPilot flight controllers. However, WhatsNext Systems is not liable for any flight accidents, crashes, or damage to your drone fleet. The pilot in command remains solely responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft.
During the pilot phase, our services are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify the features, hardware specifications, and dashboard access during this period as we iterate based on user feedback. Commercial pricing will be introduced after the conclusion of the pilot phase.
Cellular auto-upload relies on local 4G LTE network coverage. While our device supports Wi-Fi fallback, WhatsNext Systems cannot guarantee 100% real-time uptime in areas with poor cellular reception.
