At WhatsNext Systems, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data of our pilots and drone fleet operators. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Flitenest hardware and services.
We collect flight telemetry data (such as GPS coordinates, altitude, battery metrics, and system flags) directly from your PX4 or ArduPilot flight controllers via the Flitenest device. We also collect basic contact information when you sign up for our pilot program.
The flight logs and telemetry data are uploaded to our secure servers solely for the purpose of providing you with real-time dashboards, anomaly detection, and automated compliance reports. We do not sell your flight data to third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit (over cellular networks) and at rest on our cloud servers. Access to your fleet's data is strictly limited to authorized personnel within your organization.
